Painting not acceptable
I approved the edited photo but the finished painting was no where near up to standard and the workmanship bore no comparison with the sample portraits on their website. After several attempts to put it right the quality did not improve despite the fact that twice I was emailed by them to tell me they had flagged it for quality issues. In the end I cancelled and got my deposit refunded.
Order was supposed to be here by Dec. 23rd. Its dec. 27th. Hasn't arrived. No updates AT ALL. Was told I would get a call back a couple days ago and nothing. Will update when I get an update (a REAL update).

Beautiful painting of my mom who passed this last March. I am amazed by how beautiful and professional this acrylic painting was. I am so in love. I ordered May 28th and I received the finished product June 9th! I had no idea this process would be this fast and easy. Thank you Jason for the beautiful painting! I will be ordering in the future!

I love the painting. I know for sure my sister is going to love it as well. The only part is, is it for her 50th birthday in October.
I ordered from paint your life for my girlfriend, she lost her grandma and father whom she was very close with and was sad they didn’t get to see her walk the stage when she graduated. So I got a picture of them and a separate picture of her in her cap and gown and the artist nick who’s created the perfect girl for me did and amazing job! She love the picture sooooo much and I love that she loved it will definitely be ordering from you guys again!!!!!!!
I approved the edited photo just to be greeted with a painting that didn't look anything like it. I emailed them saying i would like some changes because the painting simply didn't look like the approved photo they sent me. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the new version, almost to nothing changed. Getting frustrated by the time that's it's taken to get the painting i approved it and here i am, an entire month later still waiting on my painting to be shipped. I was hoping to get it by Mother's Day, didn't happen. Am now hoping to get it for my mothers birthday at the end of the month and it's clear that it sadly won't be the case either. Very much let down by the wait time and subpar work.
At a low cost, you have superior stuff. To get a glorious result, we register on your website. Thank you so much for your quality work, and we are all pleased with your goods.
It went really smooth and the quality is great but the actual designing of mine and my fiancé’s faces were really goofy looking. The other two people were perfect. The timing and shipping was perfect. But maybe I’ll go with another artist next time.
